Ringcentral UX Design Intern

During summer 2018, I worked as a UX/UI Design intern with Ringcentral Glip team where I was responsible for redesigning onboarding experiences and conversational UI feature for Glip (aka Ringcentral). I explored and designed an early stage concept for end users and led UX research and design working closely with teams of UX designers, PMs and developers. I had an incredible opportunity to tackle a big and open-ended problem and design a tangible solution at the end of 12 weeks.
